Install and billing

Install the app from Shopify once approved, open it inside Shopify Admin, and confirm Basic Monthly or Basic Yearly through Shopify App Pricing.

First baseline sync

Run the first baseline sync to store current inventory snapshots. Baseline rows do not create change events by default.

Understanding deltas

Each audit event shows previous quantity, new quantity, delta, direction, flags, source, confidence, and a note when source/reason is unknown.

Search, rules, and export

Filter by SKU, product, location, direction, date range, source, confidence, or flags. Configure big-drop thresholds and export CSV reports.

Privacy and deletion

The app does not request order or customer data. Shopify privacy webhooks are implemented for required compliance flows.
